There are two ways to order flowers at our florist.

1st Method - Through our online flower shop:

 * 1.Find a product that you like, and click on the image, then you will be
   taken to the product page.
 * 2.Review the detailed descriptions that are provided on the product page.
 * 3.Choose the size of the product that you wish to purchase, and click on the
   “ADD TO CART” button.
 * 4.Choose a flower delivery date and specify your personalized card message on
   the shopping cart page, if you have any, and then click on the “CHECKOUT”
   button.
 * 5.Provide us with the accurate shipping address, and the contact number of
   the recipient, for us to contact should there be a flower delivery issue, and
   then click on the “Continue To Shipping” button.
 * 6.Confirm your shipping information is correct, and proceed to choosing a
   payment method.
 * 7.You will receive a confirmation email from our florist after successfully
   making payment (Be sure to please check your spam email box, should you not
   receive it initially).

2nd Method - Call / Whatsapp our florist:

 * 1.Simply give our Hong Kong florist a call/whatsapp us at (+852) 6800 3587,
   and let our customer service representatives know what flower for Hong Kong
   delivery you wish to order.


WHAT PAYMENT METHODS FOR FLOWERS IN HONG KONG DO YOU ACCEPT?

Our Hong Kong florist accepts payment by credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay,

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN THE FLOWER DELIVERY IS COMPLETED?

When your flower delivery in Hong Kong has been made, you will get an email from
our flower shop.

(Please check your spam box in case you do not receive it initially).


WILL YOU CALL THE RECIPIENT BEFORE THE FLOWER DELIVERY?

We understand that the element of surprise in gift-giving is important,
therefore we do not normally call the recipient(s) unless we have encountered a
flower delivery issue, such as an incorrect shipping address was entered. Our
flower shop in Hong Kong only provides one-time free flower delivery across Hong
Kong on each order.

A fee of HKD$500 will be incurred for any return delivery after a failed flower
delivery due to incorrect shipping addresses or failure to successfully reach
the intended recipient.


HOW MUCH IS THE HONG KONG FLOWER DELIVERY FEE?

Our florist provides a one-time free flower delivery to most places in Hong Kong
for orders of HKD$1,000 or above. A Re-delivery fee of HKD$500 will be incurred
for any failed flower deliveries due to incorrect shipping addresses or failure
to contact the recipient.

DOES YOUR FLOWER SHOP PROVIDE SAME DAY FLOWER DELIVERY?

Yes, all orders that are placed before 4pm at our florist, we guarantee same day
flower delivery across Hong Kong. For urgent orders, please call us directly at

DO YOU PROVIDE SPECIFIC TIME FLOWER DELIVERY?

Additional charge will be applied should delivery at a specific time be

HOW LONG CAN FLOWERS LAST?

Flower Actually uses only the best and freshest flowers for all our floral
arrangements, and on average they usually last for 3-5 days, depending on
weather conditions and how you care for the flowers.

Some flowers can last longer than the others and giving proper care to flowers
will help maintain their freshness. Please visit our “How to care for your

WHY IS THE FLOWER DIFFERENT FROM YOUR ONLINE FLOWER SHOP HONG KONG WEBSITE?

Due to seasonal availability, some flowers may be substituted for a flower of
equal beauty, quality and price without further notice. We strive to keep all

pictures.
