THE CARMICHAEL DIFFERENCE

Carmichael Psychology understands that you don't have time to play phone tag
with a therapy office just to get basic information about fees and scheduling or
ask a few extra questions. We have a dedicated full-time receptionist to answer
your calls or emails. Our receptionist, Dorothy, takes pride in learning your
name and answering questions you may have on weekdays from 7AM to 3PM EDT. Dr.
Chloe and our associate therapists offer appointments seven days per week (yes,
weekend sessions are available!) with hours ranging from 7AM to 9PM EDT,
including services available throughout the entire weekend, to accommodate your
busy schedule. Rest assured, if you reach out over the weekend, we will reply
the next business day. We also have a dedicated biller who will file your
insurance claims.
