The EU Commission is providing an Internet platform for the extrajudicial
settlement of disputes (the "ODR platform"). The ODR platform should serve as
the main center for the extrajudicial settlement of disputes, i.e. the
contractual obligations concerning, inter alia, online purchase contracts and
service agreements. The ODR platform can be accessed via the following link:
