 * LIVINGROOM/BATHROOM REMODEL
   
   Our home had a sunken living room which was making aging in place difficult.
   After getting 4 estimates and 1 comment from a contractor that it was not
   worth doing, we chose Reynolds for 3 reasons: 1. She had been recommend by a
   friend who had a bathroom remodel. 2.The estimate was a proposal with actual
   costs. 3. Debbie came out to the house with the proposal and went over it
   with us and made adjustments before we signed anything. She told us the
   project would take 6-8 weeks and it was completed in just short of 8 weeks as
   promised. The living room floor was raised and it makes the whole house look
   newer and more modern. We also enlarged the master bathroom to make it more
   accessible for the future. All of the sub contractors were friendly and
   careful of our property, cleaning up everyday. Myles Gardner the Forman of
   the project was very on top of everything and Debbie was very prompt in
   responding to questions and made several trips to see the progress. Having
   the website builderstrend to check to see who was scheduled and when made
   planning my time easy. Have already given her name to several people who are
   considering remodels. I would give Reynolds Construction an A++++.

   BATHROOM REMODEL
   
   Debbie Reynolds did a great job of remodeling our master bathroom – removed
   garden tub and replaced with a walk-in shower, converted previous show to a
   closet, replaced cabinet and countertop, removed a window and added a transom
   window, replaced toilet, replaced all tile, painted walls & trim. She also
   arranged for painting of our master bedroom and walk-in closet. Her
   sub-contractors were excellent and very responsive to her instructions and
   requests. She kept a firm hand on project timing and materials ordering, with
   the result that the bathroom was finished earlier than anticipated. Service
   was outstanding!

   RENOVATE OR REPAIR A HOME
   
   We had a small project of sheetrocking and painting inside our home. The
   contractors came when promised and made phone calls just prior to arrival.
   The work was good especially the painter’s work. He was very personable and
   accommodated our every request with courtesy and a smile. I would recommed
   this contractor to anyone looking for good work and a very reasonable price.

   KITCHEN REMODEL
   
   Debbie was recommended by an employee in a flooring store in Tallahassee.
   Debbie’s team created a new pantry, attached to our kitchen from unused
   alcove space on the front porch. Her workers also stripped old wallpaper from
   our kitchen and prepped the walls for a new paint job. Her main carpenter
   (Champ) does outstanding work. In addition to creating our new pantry, he
   also enlarged the opening to our washer/dryer space. He’s honest, was
   respectful of our property and takes pride in what he does as if it was his
   own place. Debbie is always reachable and is on top of every stage of
   progress. Reynolds Home Builders is now at the top of the list when I need a

   SCREEN PORCH ADDITION
   
   Debbie Reynolds added a screened porch to the back of my house and I am
   really happy with the results. She drew up plans for the porch to fit my
   needs and added an attic with drop down stairs for additional storage. I
   really enjoy sitting in my swing and watching the birds and squirrels at the
   feeders. I also enjoy bug free meals at my table. 
    
   I highly recommend Reynolds Home Builders to anyone considering a porch or
