WE ARE

A stealth, VC-funded company building the long tail of sports betting by
providing software and games for sports fans to make every play, game, and
season more exciting. We are a small, quickly growing, fully-remote team, and
looking for talented people who love sports and tech startups!


WHERE YOU ARE

This is a full-time remote position that works with other team members
distributed across the US and in Prague.


THE ROLE

This is a vital position that is part of a cross-functional team consisting of
engineers, designers, product managers, and marketing experts who are
responsible for technically implementing and experimenting with growth
solutions. You will be at the heart of User acquisition, Onboarding Conversion,
Product Improvements for the top of the funnel, as well as building internal
tooling to support the growth process.


YOU MUST

 * Be able to work efficiently, both independently and in small teams, with
   excellent communication skills (a must in a remote environment).
 * Thrive in a startup environment - core hours are required, but so is the
   occasional evening
 * You must have full-stack experience with a focus on awesome front end skills
 * Be a self-starter with a strong work-ethic who approaches challenges with
   enthusiasm
 * Have excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to pragmatically learn
   new technologies and then share them with others
 * Uphold best practices in engineering, security, and design.
 * The ability to balance speed to user value with the quality of the system
   delivered.
 * Experience with analytics software and comfortable using SQL and data to
   solve problems


YOU HAVE

 * 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level development with a focus on React
   and CSS applications
 * Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript; NodeJS experience a real plus
 * Deep understanding of relational databases and proficiency with SQL
 * Experience building scalable applications in a cloud environment (familiarity
   with AWS and underlying services a plus)
 * Experience with automated testing, Git version control, and other software
   development tools
 * A desire to learn and pick up new technologies and skills
 * Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
 * Strong communication skills, including the ability to collaborate internally
