We helped Women’s College Hospital understand what all women need with respect
to hospitals and healthcare services by hosting intimate get-togethers with
groups of women who often fall through the cracks with respect to their health.

OUR TEAM

Jen Bermingham

Jen founded Strategic Navigator in 1999, recognizing a need among client
organizations for research that digs a little deeper and a strategic partner who
can navigate by channeling research insights into a clear path forward. Prior to
starting Strategic Navigator, Jen honed her marketing and communications
strategy skills during a span of 15 years in Canadian advertising agencies,
including several in the role of Senior Vice President, Director of Strategic
Planning.

Jen appreciates and employs creativity in design, interpretation and
presentation. She is motivated by her passion for understanding people. She
cares deeply about people – the ones she is researching and the ones for whom
she is conducting the research.

Janet Halliday

Janet started her market research career a little differently than many of her
peers; after several years on client side, she realized supplier side was where
she belongs. Her time spent on client-side has given her a great appreciation
for the importance of easily digestible research with a clear and actionable
narrative.

Janet has over 18 years experience as a research practitioner, joining Strategic
Navigator in 2016 from Northstar Research Partners where she was a Senior Vice
President. Prior to joining Northstar in 2001, Janet held a number of
client-side positions including Program Manager of Canadian Tire’s 430 store
Customer Satisfaction Program.
