click. The film tells the story of Autistic Music (Maddie Ziegler), who lives
with her grandmother Millie (Mary Kay Place) and whose neurodiversity makes it
necessary that she adheres to a strictly regulated daily routine because the
slightest deviation from the usual causes her world to collapse. In addition to
the grandmother, there is a whole network of neighbors and acquaintances around
Music, all of whom help Music manage their lives, from the good-natured landlord
to the neighbor boy Felix, who always has a piece of watermelon ready for the
girl.

When Millie dies abruptly, what happens is Music’s half-sister Kazu, known as Zu
(Kate Hudson), who has just been paroled from prison and who is now trying to
get away from alcohol and drugs. Of course, Zu is completely overwhelmed with
the task at first because she doesn’t know about all the rituals and habits that
music needs to feel safe and secure. But over time there is a rapprochement and
Zu gets to know the world of music (which of course consists to a large extent
of music) better and better, which is also due to the neighbor Ebo (Leslie Odom
