PERCHÈ LO SLOW DRINKING ?

Lo Slow Drinking è un'iniziativa proposta da Bacardi-Martini Francia allo scopo
di promuovere il bere responsabilmente, unica vera fonte di piacere.

Lo Slow Drinking è un progetto il cui obiettivo è di favorire una consumazione
moderata di bevande alcoliche.
Per realizzarlo, Bacardi-Martini Francia ha voluto circondarsi di esperti
provenienti da diversi settori, riconosciuti per le loro competenze, con lo
scopo di ispirare e di coltivare il concetto di Slow Drinking.

L'obiettivo di Slow Drinking è quello di fare chiarezza sulle buone abitudini,
proponendo spunti concreti per una consumazione moderata.
L'idea di fondo è quella di valorizzare l'arte di gustare le bevande alcoliche,
mostrando come è possibile combinare piacere e degustazione attraverso la
moderazione. Per porre la degustazione al centro di un momento di convivialità,
vengono associati sistematicamente cibo e cocktail, favorendo il controllo delle
quantità consumate tramite l'educazione alla dose appropriata.

Un'iniziativa che rientra nella filosofia di Bacardi-Martini Francia, un'impresa
fortemente coinvolta nella promozione della consumazione resposabile,
privilegiando la qualità alla quantità.


L’IMPEGNO DEI PRODUTTORI

I principali produttori mondiali di vino, birra e spiriti si sono impegnati
collettivamente a lungo termine per ridurre il consumo nocivo ed eccessivo di
alcol, tramite « L’impegno dei Produttori di Birra, Vino e Spiriti ».
Riconoscendo i gravi effetti che può avere il consumo eccessivo di alcol,
attraverso tale Impegno, essi aspirano a sostenere gli sforzi compiuti a livello
internazionale diretti a migliorare i risultati sociali e nell’ambito della
salute degli individui, delle famiglie e delle comunità.

Riduzione del consumo d’alcol da parte dei minori
Rinforzo e sviluppo dei codici di condotta nell’ambito delle attività di
marketing
Promozione dell’informazione ai consumatori, così come di un’innovazione
responsabile dei prodotti
Riduzione della guida sotto gli effetti dell’alcol
Conquista del sostegno dei rivenditori per ridurre il consumo eccessivo
