I contacted Burns Plumbing as my employee had a mishap and hit a tap with the
ride on lawn mower. Water was gushing out from the multi story complex. I was
told by the lovely receptionist, someone will be out in a hour. The Burns
Plumbing utility showed up in fifteen minutes. I joked with the plumbers about
they are quicker than some emergency services attending. The plumbers did a
awesome job fixing the tap too!

Highly praise JB Plumbing and all staff.I had a hot water issue regarding the
water temperature gradually getting colder over the day.Main clue was seeing the
last red digit of the water meter slowly and continuously turning around,with
all taps shut.l rang the office midday Monday and met Che about one and a half
hours later on a mission to find a potential leak somewhere!?Che used an
infrared device/camera and discovered a leak-regrettably,in the corner
bathroom,beneath the concrete slab.Best plan was to totally repipe all hot water
outlets.Fortunately,the tank was at the rear,near all the
fixtures(bathroom,kitchen,etc).We decided to conceal pipes where possible and
others would be externally fixed-a good compromise,saving time and money.Early
next morning,Tuesday,Che,Alex and Cody arrived and had the job finished that
afternoon,with just a little tidying up for Wednesday.What an effort-all done
within 48 hours,from phone call to finish !! Great team
spirit-courteous,professional and understanding.A job like this wasn’t cheap,but
l thought the price was reasonable and fair,considering all the work that went

Needed to get quite an old toilet repaired, and was shown three options - and
ended up just getting the whole toilet suite replaced. Che was amazing to deal
with, and incredibly professional throughout the whole process. Walked me
through the difference in each option and never felt pressured at all. Would

Burns Plumbing are excellent.It was a difficult job that they undertook, (a
collapsed boundary trap) and they fixed it promptly, without any problems.All of
the staff were very professional, thorough, courteous, reliable and hard

I contacted Burns Plumbing as my employee had a mishap and hit a tap with the
ride on lawn mower. Water was gushing out from the multi story complex. I was
told by the lovely receptionist, someone will be out in a hour. The Burns
Plumbing utility showed up in fifteen minutes. I joked with the plumbers about
they are quicker than some emergency services attending. The plumbers did a
awesome job fixing the tap too!

Had a great experience with Jamie from Burns Plumbing. After receiving an
outrageous quote from another local plumber, Burns Plumbing came around same day
and fixed my sink quickly, for a fraction of the price!

Danny was amazing. Quickly identified the problem, got to work neatly cutting
where he needed to , fixed my leaking pipe and cleaned up afterwards. Even my

Highly praise JB Plumbing and all staff.I had a hot water issue regarding the
water temperature gradually getting colder over the day.Main clue was seeing the
last red digit of the water meter slowly and continuously turning around,with
all taps shut.l rang the office midday Monday and met Che about one and a half
hours later on a mission to find a potential leak somewhere!?Che used an
infrared device/camera and discovered a leak-regrettably,in the corner
bathroom,beneath the concrete slab.Best plan was to totally repipe all hot water
outlets.Fortunately,the tank was at the rear,near all the
fixtures(bathroom,kitchen,etc).We decided to conceal pipes where possible and
others would be externally fixed-a good compromise,saving time and money.Early
next morning,Tuesday,Che,Alex and Cody arrived and had the job finished that
afternoon,with just a little tidying up for Wednesday.What an effort-all done
within 48 hours,from phone call to finish !! Great team
spirit-courteous,professional and understanding.A job like this wasn’t cheap,but
l thought the price was reasonable and fair,considering all the work that went
into it.Highly recommend.Joe,Ashfield,Sydney,late March 2024.

Needed to get quite an old toilet repaired, and was shown three options - and
ended up just getting the whole toilet suite replaced. Che was amazing to deal
with, and incredibly professional throughout the whole process. Walked me
through the difference in each option and never felt pressured at all. Would
definitely deal with the team at Burns Plumbing again!

Ché was really helpful in presenting 3 different options to solving my water
filter issue. He was on time, professional, patient and my job was turned around

Really great experience with Burns Plumbing. Jack was my guy took a lot of pride
in his work and was very professional on how he went about it. We installed a
new kitchen and to book the job in was very easy and very punctual. Highly
recommend!

Super, efficient, prompt, cost effective service provided every time. Been using
for years, so happily refer to this local firm to others. For example,had
unexpected leaking toilet issue at our place at lunchtime last Saturday. One
text exchange and Matt had fixed the issue within the hour. They’ve done a
variety of plumbing tasks from leaking gas, to roots in shower drain to ageing
threads on pipes. There is a reason why everyone in our apartment complex has
their number,, understand it’s the same for those in the unit block next door.
If you are loyal and have reasonable expectation's, strongly recommend Burns
Plumbing.

We had the team from Burns plumbing out twice, once for a blocked pipe and a
second time when my husband drilled through our water mains. Both times they
came on the weekend, were very polite, helpful and explained everything they
were doing and went above and beyond to help resolve everything as quickly as
possible. Im so glad that we have great reliable plumbers like this that my
family can call upon. Highly recommended.

I had a tempering valve replaced by another plumbing service just over a year
ago. I still had issues a year later and I got the same plumber out. I really
wasted my money and time. I got JR Plumbing out who also service the buildings
in my area and work with building management. Alex and the team quickly realised
the original plumber used a tempering valve that wasn’t suited to my apartment.
They replaced it with a better one and now we have no issues.I have to say they
have been prompt and professional and would have been cheaper than using the
other plumber.I would easily recommend them to do your plumbing.

The team - both Jamie and the boys who did the install - is professional
courteous and efficient. We had to have a a gas hot water system installed
fairly urgently. They kept us up to date during the installation process. Would

I was very impressed with the level of service and responsiveness! We had called
around for an emergency plumber and after being quoted at least double the
price, we had JR Burns turn up within 30 minutes and fixed the issue with our
backed up toilet within 30 minutes. They were incredibly helpful and did a great
job. Would absolutely use them again. Highly recommend.
