     Excellent hotel. Great service and friendly staff.
     The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. food

     ST. REGIS CAIRO - GEM ON THE NILE! BEST SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED
     
     My husband and I have stayed at Ritz Carlton hotels, Four Seasons, Rosewood
     in Bermuda and many more. The service, the elegance of our suite, and the
     quality of food and every interaction with a staff member of the hotel was
     resort-level and well beyond a 5-star hotel experience.
     
     From the moment we arrived, people greeted us as if we were part of their
     family. The room was pristine, overlooked Nile, and was more than we could
     have asked for. The attention to detail was beyond our expectations. The
     butler was available with the push of a button and took care of some small
     things that others would have charged a lot for.
     
     Ibrahim was attentive to our housekeeping needs, always smiling, always
     engaging and really made our experience better. The concierge staff were
     helpful in booking our pyramid excursion and the concierge manager took
     care of a situation with our tour that really made us feel understood and
     appreciated.
     
     I would not stay at any other hotel in Cairo. This place was a respite, a
     lovely memory that we will share forever. Thanks for making my special
     birthday trip that much more amazing.

     The St. Regis Cairo is the must stay hotel in Cairo. The hotel is elegantly
     decorated and kept up well. The staff is what makes the hotel spectacular.
     I understand that staff are trained to make the customers stay exceptional
     but there is a genuine caring spirit from the staff. In addition, my
     husband and I had a 90-minute massage and facial. He is a massage
     therapist, and he said his massage was the best he had ever had. It was all
