This document outlines the specifics of the TPG Top Org ("Customer" or "You") +
Conga ("Conga" or "We") subscription renewal, which is set to automatically
renew on September 1, 2023.

The following page provides a summary of Your renewal, including pricing,
current billing contact information, and product name changes (if any). If You
are interested in adding to Your Conga subscriptions or modifying Your renewal
in any way, please contact us by September 1, 2023* using my contact information
below. Otherwise, no action is required. Your subscriptions will be
automatically renewed as seen on the next page, and We will send You an invoice.

* If Your company requires a Purchase Order (PO) for payment to be issued,
please send me a PO by the date mentioned above so we can process and send the
Invoice. If you need to cancel your Conga subscription(s), please submit notice
to legal@conga.com prior to the date listed above.
