WHO CAN BAN OR UNBAN?

Cheating will not be tolerated. Any violations will result in a permanent ban.
There will be no appeals or requests for unbanning from any administrator. All
cases will be thoroughly investigated before a decision is made. Proof of the
violation and the reason for the ban will be posted on Discord.
