Hi-Fliers Distribution basically used other Letterbox Distributors thoughout Melbourne that delivered both Newspapers & Catalogues to deliver our flyers on behalf of our customers. The reason for creating Right On Course was to be able to use all those years of Distribution Knowledge that I have gained & to create the best possible Distribution Model to cover all the things that was wrong with the industry and still is. These are the issues that I have discovered are not functioning as well as they should throughout the industry: * Once your advertising material is placed in with the Newspaper & Catalogues your message is not even seen by most of the Residents. Especially when it rains. * How do you know if the Distributor has put your flyers out & placed them in the right areas? * How do you know what areas the distributor has placed your advertising into? * How can you monitor if your advertising is working for you? Where are your your calls being generated from? What is your ROI (Return On Investment)? * How do you know if the walkers have distributed your advertising material or not? * If there is an issue how does your Distributor follow up on the complaints? * How can the Distributor be sure that their walker has delivered your advertising material correctly or at all? These issues have plagued the Distribution Industry since I commenced Hi-Fliers Distribution back in 2003. Now due to the latest Technology & Mobile phones becoming common place I have been able to create a Management system that connects seemlessly with the latest Mobile phones through a unique phone app we have developed. This has enabled us to fix all of the above issues that the Distribution Industry has previously been unable to address. So how does this new technology fix these issues? I am currently rebuilding my own team of dedicated walkers that only walk for my select number of Clients. My team of walkers only deliver your advertising message into Letterboxes away from Newspapers and Catalogues. So when the resident gets their mail out of their letterbox they actually get to see & touch your advertising material. Right On Course only deliver to no more than 3 advertising items per walker. This is so that your prospective customer does not see your advertising material as just another form of Junk Mail. To maximise the effect we make sure that there is no 2 competing services with each delivery. Eg. 2 Real Estate companies together. When you sign up with us we create a marketing plan for you to lay out when & where your advertising is going. That way you can follow up on where your calls are coming from & also allow you to do follow up on the areas that have been distributed. We can also notify you once our walkers have notified us of your delivery. We can send you detailed Maps of all the areas that you wish to cover in your marketing campaign. This is all achieveable due to the management system we have created. Now the best part is how this new Management system is able to create maps that we are now able to send to our walkers directly to their mobile phones which has been made possible due to the unique Mobile Phone App we have developed to connect to our new system. Once my walkers recieve your job this is simply tracked on their mobile devices.The walker can see the area they are to walk and it tracks them as they are walking it. This allows our walkers to make sure that they don't miss a single street. After they have Completed the walk they simply type in how many Flyers they have over if any and any comments they wish to make.eg. If they missed any houses due to new buildings going up and not having enough flyers for that area. This is then fed back to my Management System where we can process each Walkers walk so that we can check via the tracking if they have done the job correctly before they get paid. This new information that is relayed back to our system allows us to have the most up to date numbers of houses in all areas. If there is any queries from our Clients (which there rarely is) we can simply pull up the maps & send them onto our Clients.
