WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT UPDATE MY DBS DIGIBANK MOBILE APP?



For now, users who do not can continue to use the older version of the DBS
digibank app. However, as bug fixes and enhancements are introduced on the DBS
digibank mobile app continuously, there will be a point in time where we will
implement a forced upgrade.

CAN I REVERT BACK TO THE PREVIOUS DBS DIGIBANK MOBILE APP?



Unfortunately, it is not possible to revert to the previous DBS digibank mobile
app interface.

HOW MANY DEVICES CAN I REGISTER FOR DBS DIGIBANK MOBILE APP?



You may register the DBS digibank mobile on as many devices as you want.
However, do note that you will have to set up all your personalization settings
again (Fingerprint login, Face ID, Peek Balance).

MY DBS DIGIBANK MOBILE APP KEEPS CRASHING AND FAILS TO START. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

For the DBS digibank mobile, your mobile device must be at least iOS 9.0 or
