In my 33 years with Lam Research, AMtec was what I considered a partner…

Their work ethic and “get-it-done” DNA allowed them to mesh very well in the
semiconductor manufacturing equipment industry with very demanding customers.

Starting in the early 2000s, AMtec supplied multitudes of power boxes, control
panels and many smaller assemblies.  Being part of the pre-design phase setting
engineering requirements, with their experience, AMtec added value to the design
process. Or they would take a completed document package and build to
requirements.

AMtec excels with on-the-fly designs and tight deadlines…usually with many
retrofits due to changing requirements from us, while still meeting schedule.

Early in our relationship they even delivered with their own cars after hours to
meet deadlines … again, not because AMtec’s short comings, but due to our or our
customers’ pressures.

Most of these many years I worked with the same team or teams which tells you
that is a great place to work that lends to better quality and customer
service. Many thanks to Brian Pessano, Jeff Shaw and the great employees at
