partner to our clients by truly understanding their business, and aligning the

Whether you’re scaling out a project team, or simply need a single consultant to
augment your staff, KWSearch Services can help.  Our network comprises
consultants from system administrators to architects, and everything in between.

CONTRACT-TO-HIRE

A contract-to-hire solution allows you the flexibility to assess a consultant’s
capabilities before bringing them on a permanent basis.  This gives you the
peace of mind knowing you hired the right candidate with the right experience
you’re looking for.

DIRECT PLACEMENT

Hiring permanent employees can be a daunting task.  KWSearch Services will
partner with you to understand your company’s culture and values and vet
candidates, not only on their skill level, but also if they will be a solid fit
for the long term.

IT CONSULTING

The day-to-day can take up so much time you need help with program or project
planning.  KWSearch Services has the expertise needed to alleviate those
time-consuming tasks.  Our consultants will first identify your business
processes then design solutions to get your projects to completion.  If you need
consulting on establishing standardized business processes alone, KWSearch
Services can help you.


OUR HISTORY

The concept of KWSearch Services, started by Kent Warny, has been a culmination
of many years of thought with no action. In his years of IT consulting and
staffing he’s had many clients, and partners, tell him he should start his own
firm due to his ability to build strong relationships with a passion of
supporting his clients and consultants once those relationships have been built.
Out of that support and growth over the years KWSearch Services was born.
