Hello! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in TX & IL. I’ve been in practice
for 10+ years and love working with children, adolescents and adults who are
coping with life due to trauma, depression, anxiety or any other life changing
situation. In my personal time, I enjoy hiking, spending time with my husband,

ABOUT


COMPASSIONATE HOLISTIC COUNSELING, LLC

I am passionate about treating the whole person with respect and honor. This
means being empathetic, compassionate, encouraging, validating and accepting of
each individual I come in contact with. One of my biggest joys is working with
children 7+ and adolescents! I treat anxiety, depression, trauma
(physical/sexual, emotional and/or medical), behavioral issues, grief, stress,
the effects of divorce/separation, and school related issues. I help build
coping strategies, self esteem, social competence and resilience. If you are a
parent reading this looking for help, I want you to know you are enough for your
child and you are not alone in this journey. I have a deep interest in treating
adults with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, family conflicts, domestic
violence and life transitions. I am bicultural and bilingual in Spanish. I also
specialized in providing psychological evaluations relevant to immigration cases
such as asylum cases, extreme hardships waivers and VAWA cases. I believe it
takes a great amount of courage to seek therapy so I strive to create a safe
space for my clients to assist in the processes of empowerment, healing and
growth.
