NYC COMEDIAN HECKLED, GROUP STORMS OUT OVER DYLAN MULVANEY JOKES: ‘F–K YOU,
TRANSPHOBE’

By Yaron Steinbuch

May 12, 2023 | 9:36am

A New York standup comedian triggered a Dallas audience when she made a joke
about transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney for still having “no tits” because
“he is a man” — prompting the sensitive audience members to storm out.

“Why has it been a year of girlhood and still no tits? That’s day one, OK?”
Chrissie Mayr told the crowd at Hyena’s Comedy Nightclub over the weekend,
referencing the gender-affirming top surgery.

“If I’m transitioning to a dude, day one I’m getting a c–k — and I’m getting the
biggest one you can find. Like go into the back room … get me something black,
OK?” she quips to laughter.

“Why no tits for Dylan? I don’t understand,” the comedian added.

“Because he’s a man,” an audience member is then heard responding.

“Because he’s a man!” Mayr replies in agreement.

But the standup’s bit offended other delicate audience members.

“No! She’s a woman,” a female is then seen yelling.

“Uh-oh!” Mayr claps back. “We have one of those. It’s all good. We can all have
different beliefs. It’s OK. Some of us can believe in reality….”

Comedian Chrissie Mayr released footage from her recent comedy set in Dallas,
where she jokes about transgender dogma, including influencer Dylan Mulvaney.

Moments later, several offended women are seen leaving the performance as Mayr
continues her politically incorrect and irreverent comedy routine.

“F–k you, transphobe!” one of the women yells out as she leaves.

“Is that the best you can do?” Mayr hits back to cheers and applause.

WHAT WE KNOW ABOUT DYLAN MULVANEY

Who is Dylan Mulvaney?

Dylan Mulvaney is a 26-year-old transgender influencer, who documented her
transition from male to female on TikTok beginning in March 2021. Mulvaney has
capitalized on the popularity of TikTok as well as companies trying to promote
diversity.

What is the controversy surrounding Mulvaney?

Recently, Bud Light partnered with Mulvaney, sending her cans featuring her face
and sparking a major controversy on the internet.

Mulvaney has reportedly earned over $1 million from endorsements, including
fashion and beauty brands such as Kate Spade, Ulta Beauty, Haus Labs and
CeraVe. Mulvaney also has a partnership with Nike, which critics have called “a
slap to the face.”

How did the public respond to the partnership?

Since news broke about the partnership, many celebrities have taken to social
media to share their opinions on the matter, with some calling for a boycott of
all Anheuser-Busch drinks.

One such celeb was Kid Rock, who posted a video of him opening fire on Bud Light
cans.

Country music star Travis Tritt tweeted: “I will be deleting all Anheuser-Busch
products from my tour hospitality rider. I know many other artists who are doing
the same.”

As Megyn Kelly addressed the controversy, she was called out by viewers for what
was dubbed a “transphobic tirade.”

What was Anheuser-Busch’s response to the backlash?

Anheuser-Busch defended its decision to enlist Mulvaney as a Bud Light brand
influencer Monday in the face of growing backlash.

Anheuser-Busch said the cans with Mulvaney’s face on them were a personal gift
and that she’s among hundreds of influencers with whom the company partners.

The unfazed comedian posted a clip of the performance on Twitter, writing: “It’s
the long-awaited TRANS JOKE walk-out moment from my show in Dallas last week!!”

Mayr then revealed how the offended audience members “proceeded to stampede
(knock over) my merch table” — as she described progressives and comedy as “not
compatible.”

show in protest. Instagram/ChrissieMayrPod

“This is the conflict when it comes to comedy and Leftists. It’s just not
compatible,” she said.

Mayr told Fox News Digital that the incident sheds light on how comedy is
perceived these days.

“They can’t have it both ways. Leftists want to be culture makers but also want
certain groups exempt from ridicule,” she told the outlet.

“If you believe in true equality then there’s no such thing as ‘punching down.’
No group should be ‘safe’ from being made fun of. I will keep making fat jokes
and trans jokes because I enjoy it and the crowds clearly do too,” Mayr said.

Mayr later joked about how modern America needs labels for so many sexualities,
“You’re not bisexual, you’re just fun at parties.” Instagram/ChrissieMayrPod

She noted that despite the fraught world of political correctness, people are
still going to enjoy great comedy.

“The only joke a comedian should stop doing is one that doesn’t get a laugh.
Just because society pretends to be more woke and ‘evolved’ doesn’t mean people
don’t still laugh at the same things as we did 20, 30, 40 years ago,” Mayr told
Fox News.

Mulvaney, 26, who rose to social media fame chronicling her gender transition,
incurred widespread wrath from critics after her partnership with Bud Light.

Many celebrities even took to social media to weigh in on the controversy — and
call for a boycott of all Anheuser-Busch drinks.

Singer Kid Rock posted a video of him opening fire on Bud Light cans and country
music star Travis Tritt vowed to get rid of all Anheuser-Busch products on his
tour bus.
