ENHANCED CLAIMS REPORT NOW AVAILABLE

We are excited to announce that we are improving our claims reporting experience
based on feedback from agents like you.




In this latest update, we've widened the search date range, extending it from 90
days to a more accommodating 120 days. We've also integrated claim numbers into
the existing report and introduced the option to seamlessly export reports to
Excel for added convenience.

Accessing the Claims Report




Accessing claims reports is simple: navigate to the Agency Admin tab on
natgenagency.com and click on the "Claims Report" link.




Please note that this feature is accessible to all users.
