THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATION HAS MADE IT EASY FOR AGENTS TO LAUNCH CALLS FROM A
CUSTOMER TICKET, LOG THEIR CALL NOTES AND HAVE THEM CARRY OVER BETWEEN TICKETING
AND ACCOUNTING PROGRAMS. GOOD SOLUTION FOR BUSINESSES RELYING ON A CALL QUEUE
