The Inn is located directly on a quiet section of Kennebunk Beach. A continental
breakfast is served in the Boathouse Room is included for all guests of the inn.
All of the spacious rooms in the inn have two queen-size beds and a private deck
or patio.
Rooms have free WiFi, are air-conditioned and have cable TV hidden in a Queen
Anne highboy. Each room has a small mini-refrigerator in the bar/vanity area,
phone and full bath with hair dryers and a shower-tub combination.
All guests get FREE access to our local Fitness Center featuring all of the
