Born in Queens NY, Carolina started dancing as soon as she took her first steps.
She grew up singing, acting, and dancing which led her to pursue a degree in
Musical Theatre at AMDA. After attending the conservatory in NYC, she moved to
LA to complete her bachelor's degree, where her love for acting for the camera
blossomed. In 2018, she co-founded Femme Regard Productions with Tessa Markle,
aiming to challenge cinematic stereotypes and provide more opportunities for
women both in front of and behind the camera. Over the years, they completed
several short films, and in the summer of 2023, they wrapped up production on
their first feature film, SYNC.

Carolina's commitment to reinventing stereotypes and showcasing the female
perspective in sensuality and expression reflects her Polish/Colombian
background. Her passion for building an independent film community led to the
creation of the Femme Regard Podcast in 2019. The podcast serves as a resource
for beginner independent filmmakers, featuring insights from over 100 industry
guests on various production roles.

With over 6 years of experience in project management, 4 years in film
production, and additional expertise in digital marketing, Carolina has proven
herself in driving successful projects and creating innovative marketing
strategies. Currently serving as an Account Manager of Feature Films for Eikon
Group, she oversees post-production mastering and localization for major studios
like Warner Bros. and Disney.

Carolina's exceptional client-facing skills, problem-solving abilities, and
success in managing large-scale campaigns have contributed to increased revenue
for multiple businesses. Her ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced
environments showcases her adaptability and dedication to the industry's growth.
