Programa Bolsa Família (PBF) , which will be referred to as Bolsa Family
Programme in this article is a conditional cash transfer program (CCT) focused
on health and education that has been implemented by the federal government of
Brazil since 2003. The Ministry for Social Development and to Combat Hunger
(MDS) is responsible for the program, defines the eligibility criteria and
authorizes payments to families . This is one of the programmes that a developed

data via tweet, nearly Rs 25,586 crores have been sanctioned to over 1,14,332
accounts. So today let us know What does this scheme is all about and who gets

Crore to at least one Schedule Caste (SC) or Schedule Tribe (ST) borrower and at
least one woman borrower per bank branch. To set up a greenfield enterprise.
Greenfield Enterprises:- It may be in manufacturing, services, agriculture or
its allied activities or the trading sector. In the case of non-individual
enterprises, at least 51% of the shareholding and controlling stake should be

IS OUR NEIGHBOUR TRYING TO SCARE US? || VIVPOST

On 5th August 2019, GOI revokes Article 370 which gives J&K its special status.
J&K will now be reduced into 2 UT's, firstly Ladakh without a legislature,
secondly J&K with the legislature.  Some are the powers of the J&K state before
Article 370 was annulled:- Dual Citizenship Separate Flag Article 360 did not
apply to J&K. No reservation for minorities. Only Domicile of J&K can purchase
immovable property in J&K. RTI Act was not applicable there. Legislative
Assembly has a tenure of 6 years. Now all these special provisions were scrapped
and J&K will follow the Indian Constitution. Although Prime Minister Narendra
Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah assured that the statehood will be restored if
the conditions were good in future and changing it to UT is just a temporary

JADHAV VERDICT || VIVPOST

August 09, 2019
On July 17th, 2019 International Court of Justice (ICJ) gives its verdict in
Kulbhushan Jadhav's case. ICJ stated that Pakistan violated Article 36 of the
Vienna Convention of Consular Relations (VCCR). Although ICJ ordered Pakistan to
"review and reconsider" its decision of death sentence, yet past implementation
of the decisions clarify that the country is not bound to accept or follow ICJ's
decision, However, the nation which is benefited by the decision can appeal to
United Nations Security Council which have the provision to implement ICJ's
decision and had done that in past. The decision came in 15-1 favor of India,
now Pakistan has to give Consular access and provide arrangements for legal aid
to Kulbhushan Jadhav. On April 07, 2017 Field General Court Martial (FGCM)
issued a death sentence to Kulbhushan, which was later challenged by Indian
officials. India asked for the Consular Access and arrangement in providing
legal assistance to Kulbhushan J
