EFFECT OF LOAD SHEDDING ON CALL CENTRES’ OPERATION

Unfortunately, the situation with load shedding is getting more challenging and
it seems that it isn't going away any time soon. What do you do when the power
is out and you still need to receive calls? We are conducting a survey to
understand how call centres in South Africa are coping with load shedding.
