This announcement is going to be different. I am not quite satisfied with the work I already done on Trollheim. Changes and new features are not delivered as fast as I would like to. There are plenty of small bugs that were not yet fixed and are waiting in queue. Some content is still not finished (like subprofession books, spell descriptions etc.). Currently I am working on overhaul system of item attributes, that will change a lot and add depth to the game. New subprofession (Jeweler) is pretty much done. Some other stuff is comming but it is really time consuming. And I don't know when it will be delivered. It's just really hard to predict. There are weeks in which I can spend 40-50 hours on development, and there are some that I can not spend even 10. I am not happy about it but I guess it's just how it goes with solo indy development. With that being said I don't feel like I have rights to ask for your money or ask for your patience, to wait until the server is going to be in good condition. Most of the community already switched to other games few months ago. There are voices that i should erase all characters and start "another edition". But Trollheim was never about rushing, editions and competition. At least not for me. I've always wanted Trollheim to be place where you can spend some of your free time whenever you want without fear that something is going to be erased. You can come back in one year and everything should be still here. That was always the case for me in world of '2 month servers'. So people that are waiting for reset - please don't, there will be none. Having all that in mind I decided to switch off Premium Store payments with the end of the year. There will be no possibility to purchase premium points. The shop will still be there for premium points that you have already purchased, got from premium codes or gained in-game for being online or any other activities. So if you want to buy some more points or outfit, or just support this project - this is the last call. With that change I will also create an NPC or command to buy premium in-game for gp. It will be available the next day after end of the Christmas events (08.01.2024). Until then premium account is free for all. Server will stay in this state until Trollheim 2.0 - whenever I finish this.
