EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION
Included in your exhibit booth package are an allotment of complimentary badges
for your exhibit booth staff. The formula is broken down by 100 sq ft:
Square Feet Full Conference
Badge Registrations Exhibit Hall Only
Badge Registrations 100 sq ft = Two (2) Three (3) 200 sq ft = Four (4) Six
(6) 300 sq ft = Six (6) Nine (9) 400 sq ft = Eight (8) Twelve (12)
The ASMBS Primary Contact listed on your Exhibit Space Application will receive
an email from ASMBS@meetingadvice.com with specific codes for each type of badge
registration (Full Conference and Exhibit Hall Only).
All registrations for your exhibit booth staff are processed through the ASMBS
2023 registration site. The specific codes for the two different registration
types should be used on the payment page of the registration site. Click Here

badges can be purchased through the registration link above for the following
cost:

Exhibitors MUST register for badges before booking hotel room(s)!
Once Exhibitor registration is completed, the confirmation page will hold a link
to reserve rooms directly with the hotel, and you will receive an email
confirmation with the link to your email. The confirmation email will come
from ASMBS@meetingadvice.com.
