REMEMBERING RICHARD GOLDENBERG

It is with a heavy heart and great sadness that we inform you of the sudden and
unexpected passing of Rich Goldenberg. He had been a valued member of our team
leading the firm’s Debt Capital Markets efforts and will be missed. Rich lived
in New Orleans with his wife and children. Our thoughts and sincerest
condolences go out to his family.
