EVEN IF YOU PREVIOUSLY MANAGED YOUR KOHL’S CARD ONLINE, YOU’LL NEED TO ENROLL
WITH CAPITAL ONE.

 * Once your account is created, you can activate your card online, make
   payments and set up other preferences.
 * Your AutoPay1 settings should have already transferred automatically.
 * If you’re enrolled in paperless2, those settings will automatically transfer
   when you enroll in your new online account.
 * You can also activate your card by calling 844‑207‑1799.

YOUR CARD NUMBER



Your Kohl’s Credit Card has a new card number. Double-check that your new card
number has been updated in your Kohl’s Wallet and your Kohl’s Account.


ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT



Online servicing is now managed by Capital One, the issuer of your card. Your
AutoPay and Paperless settings should have transferred automatically, but you’ll
still need to enroll in your new online account at Kohls.capitalone.com.

You earn it



Earn Kohl's rewards on Kohl's purchases when you shop with your Kohl's Credit
Card.

Your rewards convert to Kohl's Cash®



Your rewards balance will be converted and issued in $5 Kohl's Cash increments
on the first day of the following month.

You spend it



You'll have 30 days to spend your Kohl's Rewards-issued Kohl's Cash. Not valid
on Sephora at Kohl's.

Why was this change made to my Kohl’s Card?

We’re always looking for ways to improve your Kohl’s Card experience. Your new
card still offers all the perks and rewards you love, access to cardholder
discounts, a special anniversary offer every year and earns 7.5% in rewards
every time you shop at Kohl’s, just like it always has, but now with security
enhancements and convenient features, such as contactless payment capability.
There are also updates to how you manage your card and enhanced card management
features, all from Capital One.

Why was I sent a new card?

In order to transition to the new program, it was necessary to issue a new card
with a new card number, expiration date and security code. Be sure to activate
your new card so you can begin using it to earn Kohl’s rewards on purchases at
Kohl’s. Note, if you haven’t received a new card yet, please call 844‑437‑9089
for more information.

How has my new Kohl’s Credit Card been reported to the credit bureaus?

This Kohl’s Credit Card has not been reported as a new account and your account
open date will appear as the same date currently reported on your credit file.
The information previously reported to the credit bureaus will be updated with
the name "CAP1/KOHL’S DEPARTMENT STORE" and the credit bureaus will continue to
receive updates based on your ongoing account performance. Even though this is
not a new account, if you currently use credit monitoring services, they may
send you a new account alert due to the name change to CAP1/KOHL’S DEPARTMENT
STORE, but please know this is the same account information and open date.

What has changed about my due date, payments or interest rates?

For more information regarding your account, please see the Capital One Change
in Terms letter you received in the mail, or contact us at 844‑437‑9089. Your
first Capital One statement will also contain this information.

Has anything changed with how I earn and redeem my rewards?

No. Nothing is changing with how you earn and redeem rewards. Your card will
continue to earn 7.5% in rewards at Kohl’s and your Kohl’s Rewards balance will
be converted and issued in $5 Kohl’s Cash increments on the first day of the
following month, valid for 30 days, without interruption. Any current, valid
Kohl’s Cash you have can be redeemed at Kohl’s and Kohls.com.
