our A/C and Furnace. He was very thorough and explained the procedure to me
before he started the process. He was very careful to wear the booties, so he
didn't dirty our new carpeting on the stairs to the basement, and more
importantly, he did a thorough maintenance job, even going above and beyond to
explain a few maintenance issues/items to me.

and was given a time of 4-8. Technician was here at 4:30. Asad replaced a couple
of parts and We had hot water!! Asad was polite and adhered to COVID protocol –
