About Kyle


FOUNDER

With over 30 years of experience as a retired FBI executive and former U.S. Army
officer, I’ve had the privilege of leading teams through some of the most
intense and high-stakes operations imaginable.



I am one of only five individuals in FBI history to serve on both the elite
Hostage Rescue Team (HRT) and the Crisis Negotiation Unit (CNU). From conducting
the most dangerous missions as an HRT operator to persuading the Boston Marathon
bomber to surrender peacefully as a negotiator, I’ve consistently thrived in
volatile environments that demanded proactive, agile decision-making under
extreme pressure.



As the founder of Elite Mindsets, I now leverage these extraordinary experiences
to inspire and empower leaders across industries. Through captivating keynote
presentations and immersive leadership development sessions, I share the
critical lessons I learned from my time on the FBI’s elite teams, helping
leaders apply them in their own high-pressure situations.



I’ve had the honor of working with Fortune 500 companies, prestigious
