FREE TRIP FOR 2 TO JAPAN AND FREE TRIP FOR 2 TO KOREA
 
Promo Mechanics:
 1. This promo will run from May 13 to 28, 2024.
 2. The prizes of the raffle are as follows:

* 1. Grand Prize - Free Trip for 2 to Tokyo, Japan (2 winners)
  2. Grand Prize - Free Trip for 2 to Seoul, South Korea (2 winners)
  3. Minor Prize - P10,000 worth of Landers Gift Certificates (10 winners)
 3. Members get 1 electronic raffle entry for every P1000 worth of participating
    ice cream brands they purchase with a minimum total spend of P4000 in-store
    or at www.landers.ph.

 4.  Qualified members will receive an email or SMS notifying of their
     successful raffle entry/entries within 48 hours after purchase.
 5.  The trip to Japan for 2 is inclusive of 2 round trip tickets (economy
     class) to Tokyo, Japan, and hotel accommodation for 3 days/2 nights.
 6.  The trip to Korea for 2 is inclusive of 2 round trip tickets (economy
     class) to Seoul, South Korea, and hotel accommodation for 3 days/2 nights
 7.   Travel period is valid 6 months from the date the prize was claimed
 8.   Processing of travel documents, other travel-related expenses, and taxes
     will be shouldered by the winners.
 9.  All prizes are tax-free. The prize is transferrable but not convertible to
     cash.
 10. Winners will be drawn on June 7, 2024, at the Landers head office located
     at 1890 Paz Guanzon St. Paco Manila. A DTI representative shall be invited
     to witness the actual raffle draw.
 11. A member can only win once. If a member's name is drawn more than once,
     they will receive the prize with the higher value.
 12. Winners will be notified through phone call and registered email.
 13. To claim the prize, winners must do the following:
     * Inform Landers Head Office via call to arrange the schedule of claiming
       the prize.
     * Visit their preferred Landers Superstore branch on the agreed date and
       time.
     * Present notification letter via registered mail, membership ID, and a
       valid government ID.
 14. Any prize unclaimed 60 days after the receipt of the registered mail shall
     be forfeited in favor of South East Asia Retail Inc. (Landers Superstore)
     upon approval of DTI.
 15. All employees of South East Asia Retail Inc. (Landers Superstore)  and its
     subsidiaries including their relatives up to the second degree of
     consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo
 16. South East Asia Retail Inc. (Landers Superstore) shall pay the 20% tax for
     the prize exceeding P10,000.
