FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM A TEST RIDE?

Majority of our test rides are unguided, however if requested, one of our staff
can join.

We begin by asking you which model you would like to test ride.
Next we provide a walk-through of all the features and how to properly operate
the bicycle.

Lastly, we provide a helmet and safety waiver. These are required for a test
ride. You are more than welcome to bring your own gear or helmet if you prefer.

We ask you that you leave your state identification with a team member before
the ride begins.

There is a bike path on the side of the building that leads to a small
neighborhood and park. Enjoy the ride however you would like!


DO I HAVE TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?

No appointments needed! Walk-in at any time during the posted hours.

We serve customers on a first come, first serve basis. During peak hours, there
may be a small wait time, though a lounge area is provided.


IS THERE ANY COST?

Test Rides are completely free and our pleasure!

You can potentially Test Ride or Rent a Lectric eBike with one of our trusted
