The hours of operation are now Monday to Saturday, 8am – 10pm and Sundays 9am – 5pm (last patient seen approximately 1 hour before closing). Richmond UPCC has also moved to an enhanced electronic health records system to improve care, as providers and staff adjust to using the new system, wait times may be increased in the weeks following this transition.
