Connecting with Hardware Wallets

If you are using a hardware wallet like Ledger or Trezor, you will need to
change an option in your preferences in order to be able to fully utilize Web3
services. 

Please enable signing in your hardware wallet preferences in order to be able to
fully connect with HEX Pool & other Web3 services relying on this feature.

Why did I receive wHEX?

Your wallet has transacted with a HEX contract and/or contracts of HEX’ partners
within the last 4 weeks. 

Our system has distributed wHEX randomly to active miners & users who have
transacted with HEX & partner contracts.

I can not connect to HEX Pool, is my wallet compatible?

DESKTOP COMPUTER / LAPTOP:

If your wallet does not connect to the website, you might be using an
unsupported wallet. Please import your wallet into one of the following
providers:

 * MetaMask (Chrome Extension: MetaMask)
 * TrustWallet (Chrome Extension: TrustWallet)

MOBILE DEVICES:

If you are having issues on mobile devices, please use the integrated browser in
the MetaMask app (iOS / Android). Be sure that you are using the correct account
(containing wHEX).




If you have a hardware wallet connected to your wallet, please remember to
unlock your device and to read the FAQ “Connecting with Hardware Wallets”.

Why did other users receive a different amount of wHEX?

The calculation is based on the volume you’ve transacted with the HEX contract
and/or contracts of HEX’ partners. 

The more volume you’ve transacted with the contracts, the more wHEX tokens have
been distributed into your wallet.

HEX Pool distributes wHEX in batches – users with similar transaction history to
HEX & partner contracts will receive the same amount of wHEX according to our
algorithm. Active Miners get bonus rewards.

I am having issues, how can I get help?

distribution. Specify your wallet address as the e-mail title.

TERMS & UNWRAPPING FEES



WHEX HOLDERS ARE ELIGIBLE TO UNWRAP THEIR TOKENS INTO HEX WITH CALCULATION AS
FOLLOWS:

1 WHEX = 0.75 HEX

EXAMPLE: IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED 2500 WHEX, YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO UNWRAP THOSE INTO
1875 HEX. 

(2500 * 0.75 = 1875)

WALLETS WITH MANUALLY TRANSFERRED WHEX TOKENS FROM OTHER WALLETS
ARE NOT WHITELISTED. 

WHEX CAN ONLY BE UNWRAPPED BY WALLETS THAT HAVE ORIGINALLY RECEIVED WHEX FROM
ONE OF THE FOLLOWING CONTRACTS: 

– HEX.COM: HEX TOKEN
– BALANCER V2
– MUMMY FINANCE: VAULT
– NATIVE: PMM 1
– PANCAKESWAP: HEX 8

UNWRAPPING IS LOCKED ONCE THE WHEX LIQUIDITY BAR HITS 100% / AT THE END OF THE
BATCH DISTRIBUTION. NO MATTER HOW MANY WHEX TOKENS EXIST, THE DISTRIBUTION WILL
STOP AT 100%.
