WHAT WE ARE!

Free Spirits is a “dry-hire” mobile bar based out of the Middletown, DE area.
This unique restored VW bus will be the talk of your next event.
You can book full-day or half-day use of the bus. You buy the kegs, we get it
set up for you, and your guests
self-serve at your event. Available for weddings, parties, corporate events,
etc.

EASY TO HIRE!

Schedule an event with us and we will set up the kegs and drop off the
gorgeously restored VW bus wherever you want and, we will pick it up after your
half or full-day rental!


MEET THE TEAM!

Gene And Julie Eastman – Founders

Gene and Julie Eastman started Free Spirits Mobile Taproom in 2021. Gene founded
Green Mt Monogram, a screen printing, and embroidery company, based in Vermont
that specializes in event merchandise. Julie had a career in banking and being a
mom until she joined Green Mt Monogram in 2007.

Besides family, fishing, and work, Gene has always loved cars, so when the
opportunity to buy this vintage 74 VW bus and convert it into a mobile bar he
jumped on the chance to do it! With professional experience in the event
industry since 1986 and a love of cars, Free Spirits was invented.

IT’S TIME TO SCHEDULE FOR YOUR NEXT EVENT!

Free Spirits is what’s considered a ‘dry hire’ party bar. You rent the vehicle
from us, we deliver and will help you get your beverages 100% set up and
guaranteed to stay cold, you are in charge in the actual purchasing of kegs,
wine and champagne. The trunk of the bus opens and is a great place to put
chilled wines, glassware or to create a cool photo op spot. It is your job as
the host of the event to monitor alcohol consumption, underage drinking and
general care of the bus. Once the bus is delivered it cannot be moved and it
will be locked. We can handle the purchase of custom drinkware for you just let
us know what you would like. Some venues provide their own, we do not rent
glassware as no one wants to be responsible for gathering it up at the end of
the evening. Free Spirits is a cool, easy way to self-serve at your event and
will be sure to be a great conversation piece.
