How we see mental health


PROVIDING INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT TO YOUR EMPLOYEES


Talk about anything, with the right person, at the right time. With moka.care,
your employees can book a fully confidential session with one of our selected
psychologists, coaches, or therapists. They can choose their practitioner and
book the session directly from their app. They can also book an orientation call
with a moka psychologist who can guide them towards the right practitioner.
Individual sessions can take place in person at the practitioner’s office, or by
video call.

We help your teams and managers build a mentally healthy organisation through
group sessions led by moka practitioners. These sessions are an opportunity to
raise awareness on mental health issues, and provide concrete tools and
solutions for your teams. These sessions address a wide array of topics, ranging
from work-life balance, to parenting, to stress management, and so on. Whenever
they wish to, your teams can also access self-care programs online, to explore
mental health topics at their own pace, as well as discover new practices such a
meditation, breathing exercices, etc.

At moka.care, we are convinced that the mental health of your employees should
no longer be a simple HR asset but a priority. In fact, 76% of your employees
believe that the company has a role to play in their mental health*. More than
ever, there is a real challenge for companies: that of supporting their teams in
the days "with" but above all, in the days "without". Beyond the human issue,
mental health is also a financial issue since it is estimated that the cost of
an employee's ill-being at work is 12,600 euros per year, often generated by
situations of burn-out, absenteeism or turnover - situations that we help you

Why choose external support rather than an internal solution?


By calling on moka.care, you are choosing psychologists, coaches and therapists
who are experts in their field. This way, you can offer each employee human
support that is perfectly adapted to their needs. By offering an entirely
independent solution, you also ensure the complete confidentiality of the
sessions conducted with the practitioner moka : your teams are thus free to
discuss professional and personal subjects in complete freedom. Please note that
moka.care coaching in no way replaces the role of HR or the manager. On the
contrary, we intervene as a complement and offer you a relay when you feel the
need. Without any doubt, you are and will remain the privileged interlocutor of
your teams.

What is the difference between moka.care and a helpline or Employee Assistance
Program (EAP)?


moka.care offers a variety of tools for taking care of your mental health: in
addition to individual sessions with our practitioners moka, we offer group
sessions on targeted themes and enable all your employees to take care of
themselves on a daily basis thanks to our self-care programmes. With an average
usage rate of 15% among our partner companies, the moka experience is also more
human than an often impersonal hotline that is rarely used (0.5%-1% of teams in
France).

How does pricing work at moka.care?


At moka.care, pricing is tailored to your needs and, most importantly, it is
predictable. On the basis of a rate per employee per month, we estimate with you
the percentage of use of individual sessions in your company according to our
history and together we determine the desired number of group sessions.
Naturally, if the usage rate of moka.care turns out to be lower than estimated,
we will reimburse you the difference. With us, there are no hidden costs: we do
not apply any set-up costs and our pricing includes daily support by our teams
(production of communication materials for your teams, setting up a monitoring
table, etc.) but also access to all our self-care content and advice from our
team of referent psychologists (unlimited call) for all your employees. As soon
as they feel the need, they can also call on our team of referral psychologists
without any limit.
