WELCOME TO THE INFORMATION WEBSITE FOR THE UFCW & EMPLOYERS BENEFIT TRUST V.
SUTTER HEALTH SETTLEMENT.

TO CLAIMING CLASS MEMBERS:

On August 22, 2022, the Court granted Class Counsel’s motion to approve the
first distribution to Claiming Class Members. The Court’s order requires the
Claims Administrator to send the first distribution to Claiming Class Members
within 35 days. There will be a second, smaller distribution about six months
later. As to Claiming Class Members that submitted a Dispute Form, the cover
letter accompanying their distribution will explain how Class Counsel resolved
their dispute.

refer to the Notice of Proposed Settlement.
