COP28 is where the world will take stock of progress on the Paris Agreement – the landmark climate treaty concluded in 2015 – and chart a course of action to dramatically reduce emissions and protect lives and livelihoods. Heads of State, ministers and negotiators, along with climate activists, mayors, civil society representatives and CEOs will meet from 30 Nov – 12 Dec 2023 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for the largest annual gathering on climate action.
