Star arrived in timely manner and unbroken....but it was not exactly as
described in the details. Not 3 inches deep, lights are very dull, and looks
like it would break if touched wrong. Definitely not worth the $. Returned.
Happy with other Balsam Hill products though.

PRETTY BUT NO INSTRUCTIONS

I really like this tree topper but there were no instructions for how to
assemble which is not like balsam Hill! Customer support was no help. Nor was
the you tube video they sent me to.

Agree with review by another customer that the lack of instructions is a problem
(and the plastic bag included with the piece says there are instructions
included). I thought it was just left out of my box but clearly it is just an
issue with the product overall.

Wreaths, Greenery & Décor

Products other than trees are covered by our 30-day premium guarantee. Please
inspect your product upon delivery and notify us within 30 days if there is any
damage or defects. Our team is ready to provide a quick resolution.

Greenery (Fresh, Dried, and Preserved) and Food

Because of their perishable nature, food items and fresh/dried/preserved
greenery are not guaranteed. Check your order within 3 days of receiving it and
notify us of any damage.
