What time is check-in and checkout at MainStay Suites hotels?

Check-in times usually fall between 3 and 4 p.m., and checkout times are
typically between 10 and 11 a.m. However, these times are at each hotel’s
discretion and based on availability. Choice Privileges Elite Status members
receive the option of early check-in, late checkout and priority parking (where
available).

To find your hotel’s check-in and checkout times, enter your destination in the

hotel’s page, you’ll find check-in and checkout information under the Hotel Info

Your room is guaranteed with a valid credit card, debit card or prepaid card
until 7 a.m. the morning after your arrival date. This ensures the hotel is
holding your room in case of late arrival. However, if your credit or debit card
does not have funds available to pay for the room, the room is subject to
cancellation. If you’re going to arrive late, please notify the hotel directly.
