Can you tell me more about the team members?



Diey team members' network is more than 1000 professionals around the world,
however, most of our talent is from LATAM. We work with highly experimented
project managers, designers, developers, and marketers with global experience
from the best-growing companies like Microsoft, Hootsuite, Mercado Libre, and
new startups with thousands of users.



How are the teams assembled?



The members of the teams are validated individually to know their main skills,
strengths, and level of expertise. After the individual evaluation process where
only 10% of the applicants advance, we group them into small teams to complete
certain challenges where we validate their communication, creation, and
problem-solving skills. We make sure they are experts in their fields
individually and working as a team.



How is the process to start working with my team?



Start by completing our form, we jump into a 30-min call where you will talk
with one of our Project managers to understand the details of your project.
After that, we will get back to you in between 1 and 3 business days with a
completely free work plan and your team proposal. You will be able to read the
details of the members and see their presentation video. If you wish, you can
schedule a call to meet them. We sign a simple service contract, and you can
start collaborating with your team.



Can I add or remove a team member?



Yes, you can add or remove team members if you wish. If any member of the
featured team does not meet your expectations, we can introduce you to another
member. Also, if you need an extra role, we can add them to your team without a
problem, no matter what stage the project is in.



How is the payment process?



We charge you a monthly fee that you must pay when you start the project and at
the end of the month. We take care of paying the team members and giving you a
complete report of your payments.



Can I cancel or pause anytime?



Most of our teams are assembled to achieve specific goals, for example, building
an MVP can take up to 3 months. So we recommend you hire for at least 3 months
to avoid complications, however, you can pause at any time and resume when
necessary. If you want to cancel the development of your project, you can also
do it.



Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?



We have a free risk of 15 days of working, which means that your first payment
will be safe. After the first 15 days, you can decide whether to continue with
your team or change. We can refund your money if you want to. After the free
risk period of time, there will be no refund issued.
