NEXTEP GIVES BACK

The Nextep Charitable Foundation is a nonprofit organization devoted to
empowering our employees to elevate the lives of people in need and enrich the
communities in which they live.




THE HEART OF OUR COMPANY

Nextep’s people-first commitment extends outside of our workplace too. We not
only encourage our employees to serve the organizations they’re passionate
about, but we also invite them to do so on company time. In one year alone, our
employees generously volunteered more than 1,600 hours to empower and enrich the
community.



Pledge 1% is a corporate philanthropy movement dedicated to making the community
an integral part of every business. This program encourages companies to donate
1% of product, profit, equity, and employee time to improve communities. Nextep
is proud to be a part of this movement!




HOW WE GIVE BACK

In alignment with the Pledge 1% movement, we donate money to organizations doing
amazing work in our community, and our employees donate their time with both
company and personal hours.

Time

Our people are passionate about bettering the community. They’re eager to
volunteer, and we encourage them to do so by providing paid volunteer hours.

Dollars

We’ve committed to donating $100,000+ every year to support some amazing
organizations and drive a positive impact in our community.

COMMUNITY

Our charitable foundation helps communities by providing resources and support
to those in need to create positive change and improve quality of life.
