AGREEMENT FOR THE BIOMEK NGENIUS SYSTEM

work with chemistry companies seeking collaborations to develop applications for
the Biomek NGeniuS Next Generation Library Preparation System ahead of its
launch. An application development agreement has been signed with Illumina, a
developer of solutions for the sequencing and analysis of genomes, to develop
new applications on the Biomek NGeniuS System*.
