Working with Geoffrey and the Homestead team was a successful experience once
again. My first experience was a refinance and this second time around a home
purchase. Geoffrey was able to get us prequalified within an hour and to top it
off it was on a Saturday around noon. Any other lender would have most likely
responded until the next business day. Overall, we had a short window to get
everything in-line and Geoffrey and his team were on top of things every step of
the way. Long story short, we were cleared to close in just 36 days. I
appreciate their patience with my constant questions and for always responding
in a timely manner. Geoffrey and the Homestead team were very professional and
knowledgeable. There customer service was amazing. In the end, they made an

I had the pleasure of working with Lisa, R. She was phenomenal and she must be
one of the best at what she does. Objective, professional and friendly all in
one. As a first time homebuyer the process can be overwhelming but she made it
very easy. She carried us along and did most of the work. It was like go and get
some rest and I will take care of your needs. I absolutely trust her. In this
current time of crazy mortgage rates she made it work for us. I can confidently
say she has represented this company well. I delayed in making this review

Chuck Hirbur is wonderful
This is our second home we have purchased with chuck as our lender. He is a
wonderful, kind and patient person! Chuck got us through the buying process step
by step with much patience and much guidance. He helped this experience for us
to have very little worry and stress. I would recommend chuck to anyone I know
looking to purchase any property! He made my husband and I so comfortable and I
