BRIDGING TRADITIONAL DIVIDES AT THE TUM SCHOOL OF MANAGEMENT




TUM School of Management, firmly rooted within TUM's technological and
entrepreneurial ecosystem, places a unique focus on the interface between
management, engineering, and the natural and life sciences. The School's goal is
to bridge the traditional divide between the fields of management and
technology.

 

The School sees its role as educating the leaders and decision-makers of
tomorrow. Like TUM, it is committed to excellence. Since its foundation two
decades ago, it has been consistently ranked as one of the top business schools
in Germany and beyond.

TUM School of Management is in the top one percent of business schools worldwide
to hold Triple Crown accreditation by the Association of MBAs (AMBA), the
European Foundation for Management Development (EQUIS), and the Association to
Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). Triple Crown accreditation is
internationally recognized as a seal of quality for business schools.


OUR CAMPUSES

TUM School of Management operates in five distinct location. Besides its
original Munich and Weihenstephan campuses, the school offers research and
teaching in Heilbronn, Straubing and Garching.

Munich is among the TOP 4 student cities in the world.

The QS World University Rankings Best Student Cities 2025 ranks top study
destinations worldwide to reveal which cities are the most student-friendly
according to several factors such as student view, student mix, employer
activity, affordability, and desirability.

Munich's vibrant and innovative ecosystem, its unique cultural offerings, and
its beautiful landscape make it an outstanding choice for students and scholars
alike.

BEST-RANKED UNIVERSITY IN GERMANY FOR 10 CONSECUTIVE YEARS


The Technical University of Munich (TUM) has moved up once again in the QS World
University Ranking. This makes it the best German university in the renowned
ranking for the past decade and further extends its lead. 💪

TUM moved up nine places from 2023 and is now ranked 28th globally. Last year,
the university had already climbed 12 places.
This makes it the 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁-𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗚𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘆
𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝟭𝟬 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀. It is the only German university
in the top 50.

The British higher education service provider QS Quacquarelli Symonds compiles
its university quality rankings by 👉 surveying academics and 👉employers.
It also assesses the 👉number of citations for published research, 👉the
faculty-student ratio, and 👉the success of graduates. Other criteria include
the 👉proportion of international students and staff, 👉international research
collaborations, and 👉sustainability aspects.
