Please enable it to continue. announcement Feature Release - February 2024 NEW FEATURES AND FUNCTIONALITIES: ARCHIVE/UNARCHIVE DOCUMENT PERMISSIONS * New archive and unarchive document permissions are added under the Management category of Roles and Permissions. * Instead of deleting a document for a tenant, you can now archive and retain it for future reference by providing an appropriate reason. The archived documents are removed from the Tenant Documents list and stored under Archived Documents in the Tenant’s Profile, and you can unarchive them whenever required. ENHANCEMENTS: HUMMINGBIRD REPORT ENHANCEMENTS * You can now see the Amount Paid column by default in the Merchandise Sales Report. This will save you time manually adding this column from the Set Columns option. * A new column - “Property Name”, is added to the Discounts and Promotions Report in Hummingbird to help identify the property associated with a discount or promotion. * The calculation of %Variance in the MSR Detail - Rent Change Summary Report has been improvised to help property managers accurately track the rental rate fluctuations over time and assess the impact of these changes on revenue and profitability. * Tenants’ license plate information is now added to all the dynamic reports in Hummingbird. This helps reach out to tenants who parked in the wrong spots at the property. Three new columns - License Plate Country, License Plate Number, and License Plate State have been added to the Lease Category.
