Brooke Fitness strives to provide our clientele with a higher standard of
personal training. Our main passion and focus is empowering you to make a

lifestyle. We don’t promote any quick fixes or temporary solutions, only proven
systems based on results and the latest scientific research.



We provide a professional holistic service catering to all walks of life. If

already work out and are looking to level up your fitness, we can help. We also
work with professional athletes wanting that extra competitive edge. Do you have
any injuries? We are specialised in exercise for rehabilitation in order to help
those people with injuries regain their freedom and become active once again.

This is our main area of expertise. We can provide help with your recovery from
most injuries all the way to assisting with the correction of postural
deficiencies. Most people will have some slight postural issues, due to being
seated and using a computer all day.

GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

Diverse and fun group training classes. We offer two types of class at the
moment Functional bootcamp and Fitness boxing. Each session will be different
from the last. We use many different training techniques and equipment to
achieve a long lasting result.

   A program is then tailored to your needs and goals and started right away.

   Take your measurements again to find out how successful the program has been,
   we then adjust it and repeat the process.
