~OUR NEIGHBORHOOD~



Congratulations on choosing your home in The Shores of Jupiter. You’ve made a
wise decision to live in one of the area’s finest locations. There are 599
residential homes in the Shores with yards that back up to either a lake or
nature preserve view. It doesn’t take long to notice the sense of community and
friendliness of your neighbors and the pride they take in maintaining their
homes and yards. You’ll enjoy living among families walking the mulched trails
adjacent to the tot lot, biking and jogging around the quiet oak-lined streets
and relaxing on the many benches placed around picturesque lakes. Walking your
pet along the miles of streets is easy with the many dog waste disposal stations
provided for your convenience. Be sure to say hello!



THERE ARE TWO PARKS IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD FOR YOU TO ENJOY:

The Tot Lot “Kuretski Park” with playground equipment and benches located at the
corner of Longshore Drive and Misty Lake Drive. (Halloween is celebrated by our
HOA sponsoring a Halloween party for the kids). There is also a “little free
library” located on site.

The Slough Park “Zisson Park” located on the corner of Longshore Drive and
Winding Lake Drive which has benches and open space for you to enjoy.

Both parks are closed from dusk to dawn.
