WELCOME TO OREGON L.E.A.D

Mission: At Oregon L.E.A.D, we empower all members of our community to thrive
through leadership, education, advocacy, and support, fostering a brighter, more
inclusive future for everyone.

Vision: We envision a vibrant community where every individual and family feels
supported and empowered to succeed, where barriers are dismantled, equity is
promoted, and opportunities for growth abound.


INTRODUCTION

OREGON L.E.A.D, AS A NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION, IS PASSIONATELY COMMITTED TO
ENHANCING THE WELL-BEING AND CONNECTIVITY OF COMMUNITIES IN MARION, POLK, AND
YAMHILL COUNTIES. OUR FOCUS LIES IN THREE KEY PILLARS: WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT,
WELLNESS, AND COMMUNITY CONNECTION.


WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT

Empowering individuals to thrive in the workforce is at the core of our mission.
Oregon L.E.A.D collaborates with local businesses, educational institutions, and
training programs to provide comprehensive workforce development initiatives.
From skill-building workshops to job placement assistance, we aim to create
opportunities that lead to sustainable and fulfilling employment.


WELLNESS

The health and wellness of community members are paramount. Oregon L.E.A.D
strives to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being through accessible
wellness programs. Whether it’s organizing health clinics, mental health
awareness campaigns, or fitness initiatives, we are dedicated to fostering a
healthier and happier community.


CONNECTING COMMUNITIES

Building strong and interconnected communities is a cornerstone of Oregon
L.E.A.D. We facilitate events, forums, and projects that bring residents
together, fostering a sense of belonging and mutual support. By strengthening
