Proof of eligible employment required for all TELUS Exclusive Partner Program
(“EPP”) offers. Offer available online, at dealers and corporate stores that
support the EPP.

1. $15/mo. discount for 36 months offer is subject to change without notice,
available to new SHS customers and applies to regular price of all TELUS
SmartHome Security (“SHS”) plans, excluding Smart Camera and Smart Automation
Plus. SHS plans require either a 3-year or 5-year term, except Smart Camera and
Smart Automation Plus plans, which only qualify for a 3-year term. Current
regular pricing is subject to change without notice and can be viewed at
telus.com/homesecurity. Minimum system requirements apply. Equipment may not be
as shown. Final eligibility for the services will be determined by a licensed
and certified TELUS technician. A cancellation fee applies for early termination
of the 3-year or 5-year service agreement equal to $10/mo. for the Smart Camera
and Smart Automation Plus plans, and $35/mo. for the Secure and Control plans,
multiplied by the number of months remaining in the service agreement (with a
partial month counting as a full month), plus applicable taxes. Rental equipment
must be returned in good condition upon cancellation of service, otherwise the
replacement cost will be charged to the account. Professional installation fee
of $175 applies for all professionally installed plans. Additional installation
fees may apply for extra equipment. A $100 kit fee is charged on self-install
orders and is 100% refundable when service is activated within 30 days of order.
This includes installation of automation and security devices, app installation
and a walk-test where required. Once your service is activated you will be
notified by email within 5 business days that the kit fee has been automatically
refunded to your bill. The additional TELUS Exclusive Partner Program (“EPP”)
$5/mo. discount is only available to new SHS customers who sign up for new
professionally monitored TELUS SmartHome Security Secure or Control plans on a
3-year service agreement. For 36 months or as long as the customer fulfills the
minimum EPP requirements (whichever comes first), a $5/mo. discount applies.
Proof of eligible employment required for all EPP offers.

who purchase qualifying TELUS Home Services product(s). A $10/mo. discount will
be applied to the Home Services bill for 24 months (or as long as the

is for a higher subscription tier, or you have an existing Disney+ subscription
that is invoiced by a 3rd party, you will have to manage your subscriptions to
avoid having multiple subscriptions. Following purchase or renewal of an 5G+
Premium Unlimited rate plan, the customer will receive details on how to
activate Disney+. Customers may also visit telus.com/disneysubscription, select
‘Add Now’ under Disney+ standard plan and sign in and/or register with myTELUS
credentials to activate Disney+.

4. Customers signing up for a 24 month TELUS Easy Payment plan with
Bring-it-Back on an EPP account will save $300 with TELUS EPP on the Apple
iPhone 15 128GB over the 2‑year term and $380 with Bring-It-Back. The full
retail price of the Apple iPhone 15 128GB is $1,161. The total Bring‑It‑Back
value for the Apple iPhone 15 128GB 128GB is $380.

The remaining Device Discount Balance, Bring‑It‑Back® amount, and the remaining
Easy Payment Balance® will be charged on the next bill if the agreement is
canceled before the end of the 2‑year term. Offer on the Apple iPhone 15 128GB
for $0 upfront plus tax with 24 equal payments of $20.04/mo. is available at
participating dealers and corporate stores. This offer is available for
customers with approved credit who activate on a 2‑year plan for an EPP account
with TELUS Easy Payment® and Bring-It-Back®. The $20.04/mo. TELUS Easy Payment®
charge will automatically be removed after 24 months. The interest rate is 0%.

5. Subject to approved credit with a 24 month Easy Payment agreement (0% APR) on
any in-market plan with data and voice included. Easy Payment balance will be
repaid over a 24 month period via equal monthly payments. Payment of any
outstanding Easy Payment balance due upon termination, or account transfer.
Applicable taxes are calculated based on the total no term price less any device
discounts and must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Pay-per-use charges
(including long distance, roaming and additional airtime or data) are extra.

6. Customers must subscribe to an eligible 2 year TELUS rate plan in order to
qualify for the Bring-It-Back program. Customers must bring back the device in
good condition at the end of the 2 year contract or pay the Bring-It-Back
amount. The interest rate is 0%. Device is subject to inspection by a TELUS
representative. Ask the store representative for full program details. At the
end of your 2-year contract, or when cancelling service before the end of the
2-year contract, you will need to decide if you want to either 1) return your
device to a TELUS location, or; 2) keep the phone and pay the Bring-It-Back
Program Amount that was provided to you at the start of your contract. If your
phone is damaged and no longer meets the Bring-It-Back eligibility criteria, you
will be required to pay the Bring-It-Back Program Amount.

7. For a limited time only, get the one-time $60 connection fee waived for all
new activations. A $60 connection fee applies per line for all renewals on a
2-year term. Connection fee waive offer not eligible for connected device
transactions such as smartwatches and tablets. This fee includes a SIM card and
access to a TELUS team member to process your activation or renewal along with
other exclusive TELUS services. For more details, please go to
